ORDER HELP
  • Need to change or cancel an order? Email us ASAP. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll cancel it for a full refund.

  • Received a damaged or defective item? Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number—we’ll replace or refund at no cost (including shipping).

SHIPPING (U.S. ONLY)
  • Where we ship: United States only.

  • Processing time: Orders ship in 1–3 business days.

  • Delivery time: Typically 3–7 business days after shipment.

  • Tracking: A tracking email is sent when your order ships.

  • Shipping fees: Shown at checkout. Original shipping is non-refundable unless your item is damaged/defective.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES (SUMMARY)
  • Return window: 30 days from delivery.

  • Condition: Please return in original packaging; normal inspection is fine.

  • Refunds: Item price + applicable sales tax, refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive the return.

  • Return shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping; please use a trackable method.

  • Non-returnable: Final sale/clearance and personalized items (unless defective).

  • How to start a return: Email catsofessaouira@gmail.com with your order number and reason (include photos for damage). We’ll reply with the return address and instructions.

GIFTS
  • Marked as a gift at checkout? Refunds go to the original payment method. We’re happy to exchange for the same item if stock allows—just email us.

FAQs
  • Can I preorder next year’s calendar? — Not yet. Join our email list or follow us on social for launch updates.

  • Do you offer local pickup? — Not at this time.

  • I entered the wrong address — Email us immediately. If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll update it; if it has, the carrier may need to return it to us first.
