Processing time

Orders placed Monday–Friday ship within 1–3 business days (excluding holidays). You’ll receive an email with tracking when your order ships.

Where we ship

United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Carriers & rates

We ship with USPS. Options and prices are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and speed. Typical delivery times after shipment:

  • USPS Ground Advantage: ~3–7 business days

  • USPS Priority Mail: ~2–4 business days
    (Estimates exclude our processing time and aren’t delivery guarantees.)

Addresses & changes

We ship to street addresses, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO via USPS.
Need to change your address? Email us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to reroute it.

Tracking, delays, and damage

  • A tracking link is sent when your order ships.

  • If a package shows delivered but is missing, check with household members/neighbors and contact USPS.

  • If your order arrives damaged, email photos of the item and packaging within 7 days along with your order number—we’ll help with a replacement or refund.

  • Weather/holiday volumes can cause delays.

Preorders

Preorder items ship on/after the release date noted on the product page.
