These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and store. By visiting or purchasing from our site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Eligibility & accounts

  • You must be at least 13 to use the site and 18+ to make a purchase.

  • You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Products, pricing & availability

  • We sell printed calendars and related goods. We try to display colors and details accurately; actual colors may vary by device.

  • Prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice. Taxes are calculated at checkout where applicable.

  • We may limit or cancel quantities per order, per person, or per address (e.g., suspected resellers or fraudulent orders).

Orders & payment

  • When you place an order, you’re offering to buy the items in your cart. We accept your offer when we send an order confirmation email.

  • We process payments through Wix Payments (and any other processors we enable). By paying, you authorize the processor to charge your selected payment method. We do not store full card numbers.

  • If a pricing or availability error occurs, we may cancel and refund your order.

Shipping, risk of loss & title

  • We ship within the United States only via USPS. Options and rates are calculated at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for details.

  • Risk of loss and title pass to you when the package is delivered to the carrier. Tracking is provided by email when available.

Returns & refunds

  • Please review our Refund Policy for eligibility, timelines, and how to start a return. Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

Promotions, gift cards & discount codes

  • Promotions and codes are subject to the terms shown with the offer, can’t be combined unless stated, aren’t transferable, and may be changed or ended at any time.

  • If we offer gift cards/store credit, they are redeemable only on this site and are not reloadable or redeemable for cash except where required by law.

User content (reviews, comments, submissions)

  • If you post or send us reviews, comments, photos, or other content (“User Content”), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content for store operations and marketing.

  • You represent that you own or have permission to share the User Content and that it doesn’t infringe rights or violate laws. We may moderate or remove content at our discretion.

Acceptable use

  • You agree not to:

  • Use the site for unlawful purposes, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, or interfere with the site’s security;

  • Scrape, crawl, or reverse-engineer the site except as allowed by law;

  • Upload malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

Intellectual property

  • All site content—including photos, text, logos, designs, and layouts—is owned by VES Enterprises, LLC or our licensors and protected by IP laws.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without our prior written permission, except as allowed by law (e.g., fair use).

Third-party services & links

Our site may link to or use third-party services (e.g., payment processors, social media). Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. We’re not responsible for third-party content or practices.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Any delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site or a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the order that gave rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VES Enterprises, LLC, our owners, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the site, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Disputes; governing law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

  • Venue: State or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except you or we may bring qualifying claims in small claims court.

  • Before filing a claim, please contact us—we’re happy to try to resolve issues informally.

(If you prefer binding arbitration instead of court, tell me and I’ll swap in a simple arbitration clause with a small-claims carve-out.)

Force majeure

We aren’t liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (e.g., weather, carrier disruptions, strikes, outages).

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above will reflect the latest version. Material changes will apply going forward; continued use of the site means you accept the updated Terms.
